Each week we rely upon a number of volunteers to help make our meetings flow smoothly.  These volunteer positions are;
Front Porch Greeter - welcoming folks on porch or in front hall and providing directions and assistance
Guest Sign In - provide a names badge and sign in guests at visitors at the round table in the front hall
Check In - Collect lunch fees, dues, checks, etc at the table just inside the room and log the attendance of our members
NEW OPPORTUNITY - Audio Visual Team.  These people might help run the power points during the meeting, set up the computer and projector before the meeting, run the associated wires for microphones, speakers and computer, and/or help adjust the volume during the meeting.  This is especially important in the absence of the Executive Director.
