Woods & Water Committee is hosting a fishing outing at Briarwood Sporting Club (a 45 min drive from Dublin to Bellefontaine), on Friday, Oct 15.  11:30-4:30.

Arrive around 11:30, BYO lunch, beverages and snack for the afternoon. We’ll fish till around 4pm and meet at the Gazebo to swap fishing stories.

We have a few extra fly-fishing rods, etc. in case someone needs one, and a quick lesson is available for those in need. There is a spin-casting stream on the property if you choose to do that. Bring your own equipment.

Cost: determined by # of fish (TROUT) caught and cleaned including tips. Last fall it turned out to be about $15 per person for those who wanted (and got) fish.

We are limited to 15 in our group, so we’ll take reservations for Rotarians first, then add guests if there is room.

Please RSVP ASAP (by 10-8) to Jackie Cooper, 1jackcoop@gmail.com  614.329.1894 Let us know if you need equipment and if you have any questions. Although we’ll be outside mostly, please bring a mask in case we go indoors and/or are close together.

Jackie will send directions and other details once you RSVP.
