Why don't you join us?
Are you an established professional who wants to make positive changes in your community and the world? Our club members are dedicated people who share a passion for community service and friendship.
In honor of Labor Day we will not be meeting on September 7th, 2020
I Dare You
Following a tenant of his Presidential speech, Chip has introduced this pin that we will use to award to members this year for meeting his call to action.  He first asked that you check in on someone not on the Monday Zoom call.  That's something we should do each week.  This week's Dare is a twofer. Host or join a small outdoor gathering and/or Donate to the school supply drive
How you are coming along with the I Dare You Bingo?
These all help you along with that game.
Annual Golf Outing
Calling all Golfers.  This is a great fellowship event and we'd enjoy your company.  Membership not required to play.

I wanted to reach out and let you know that the club and foundation boards approved hiring a professional fundraising firm to help expand our reach and impact in the community by increasing the opportunity for individuals and corporations to financially support Columbus Rotary.  The first phase is to collect information and interview club members and then develop a strategy, position statement and case study that will be used as we reach out to more potential donors. Rick Studer will be the point person for coordinating our activity with Goettler Associates and will be working with President Chip, Scott Brown, me and many others to make this initiative successful.  The annual services campaign will remain the responsibility of our foundation board and will be coordinated with the outside fundraising activities. Right now, we hope to launch the annual campaign in October under Nanci McCorkle's leadership and our board's hands-on support.

Because SCHOOL Matters!

September 2020 is the time for Rotary School Supplies!  Even though school is “virtual”, children still need supplies to do schoolwork at home.  This year, we have decided to focus on providing supplies for the Windsor Elementary STEM Academy in South Linden, with grades K-6th
